Is my data sold, shared, or used to train models?
No. MABAAM is EU-based and built GDPR-first: EU-only vendors, no third-party cookies, and no Google Analytics. Your prompts, keys, and corpora stay under your control and are never sold or used to train third-party models.
What does “BYOK” actually mean for my costs?
Bring Your Own Keys means you pay your model providers directly at their rates — we never mark up tokens or sit between you and your spend. Your provider keys live in your account and are used only to fulfil your own requests.
Why are your prices shown including VAT?
Because you’re in the EU and we think the number you see should be the number you pay. Every price on the pricing page is VAT-inclusive, with no surprise charges added at checkout.
How do I sign in — is there a password?
There’s no password and no JWT. We use magic-link sign-in: enter your email, click the link we send, and an opaque server-side session is created. Nothing sensitive is stored in your browser.
Where is my data stored, and can I get it out?
Your data is processed and hosted in the EU. You can export or erase it at any time from the GDPR controls in your portal — data portability and the right to erasure are built in, not bolted on.
What if MABAAM isn’t the right fit for me?
Then it isn’t, and that’s fine. We’d rather you choose the tool that suits you than be locked in. There’s a free tier so you can try the real thing before committing, and your data leaves with you if you go.
