1. Scope

These terms and conditions govern the use of the MABAAM software and associated services by customers ("you"). By subscribing, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the software.

2. Subscription Terms

• Billing cycle: Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually, as selected at purchase.
• Auto-renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled by you. You will be charged the then-current fee at renewal.
• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. To avoid the next billing charge, cancellation must be received at least 30 days before the renewal date.

3. Right of Withdrawal and Refund Policy

For consumers in the European Union, you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal from the contract for digital goods, in accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive. If you withdraw within this period, you are entitled to a full refund. After 14 days, or if you have downloaded the software, no refund is available. 4. License Grant

• Personal, non-transferable: The license is granted to you personally and may not be sold, shared, or transferred to another person or entity.
• Single-machine per tier: Each subscription tier allows installation and activation on a single machine (or as specified in the plan). Multiple machines require additional licenses.
• All rights not expressly granted are reserved by MABAAM Ltd.

5. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days' written notice. In addition, MABAAM may terminate immediately if you breach any term of this agreement (including license misuse, non-payment, or violation of law). Upon termination, your license is revoked and access to the portal is suspended. No refunds will be provided for pre-paid periods after termination for cause.

6. Liability Limitation

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MABAAM Ltd.'s total liability arising out of or related to these terms or the software shall be limited to the total amount paid by you during the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the liability. This limitation does not apply in cases of wilful misconduct, gross negligence, or personal injury.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Austria, excluding its conflict-of-law rules. Any disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Vienna, Austria.
